But also in the other categories – international environment, work-life-balance, staff development and innovation management – FSEU achieved excellent results.
The study, awarding 34 prestigious employers for engineers, was carried out by the independent Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) in cooperation with the consulting firm AT Kearney and the Technical University Munich. Participating companies document their HR processes, policies and strategies and are visited by CRF experts for further investigation into relevant data.

“Our results make us stand out from the crowd of companies employing highly-qualified engineers.” says Axel Tripkewitz, FSEU's Senior Director HR & Business Support Services (picture, right). “I believe in leadership by listening" adds Dirk Weinsziehr, Vice President Marketing & Development (picture, left), "and I'm glad to notice a strong unity among our staff.”
