Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe GmbH (FSEU), with headquarters in Langen, may call themselves »Top-Employer Automotive 2008/09« as from now. This results from a yearly study analyzing prestigious companies in the industy. Having acheived the award, FSEU ranks among a group of top companies qualifying for the CRF- certification this year.
Participating in the study for the first time, FSEU, part of the Fujitsu group established worldwide and responsible for design and sale of semiconductor products, have secured themselves a podium position in their first go.
In the categories „company culture“ and „job security“ the company attained an outstanding third rank respectively.
But also in the other categories – international environment, compensation & benefits, work-life-balance, staff development and innovation management – FSEU achieved excellent results. In all of these categories, which CRF and AT Kearney identified as key factors for the success of excellent HR work, FSEU’s results rank far above the respective benchmark of the peer group.
The study, analyzing 37 prestigious companies of the Automotive industry, was carried out by the independent Corporate Research Foundation (CRF), the consulting firm AT Kearney, FH Gelsenkirchen and VDA.
