Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe GmbH awarded
»Top-Employer Automotive 2009/10«

Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe GmbH (FSEU), with headquarters in Langen, achieved first place in the yearly study »Top-Employer Automotive 2009/10«. Analyzing prestigious companies in the industry, this study is carried out by the independent Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) and the consulting firm AT Kearney.

Participating in the study for the second time, FSEU is proud to have won this award by proving outstanding employer qualities. Apart from the overall ranking, FSEU was certified excellent results in five out of the six individual categories: First ranks were attained in Compensation & Benefits, Career Development, Company Culture and Job Security, second place in Work-Life-Balance.

The study is based on a detailed online questionnaire on Human Resources work as well as qualified journalist interviews taking place at companies' premises. This year, 20 companies were certified the award, from big global companies to small and medium-sized enterprises such as FSEU.
